POINTS TO TAKE NOTE OF:
- Time slots will be assigned on first come first serve basis, so volunteers are to state at least 3 preferred time slots to allow for alternative allocation of time slots.
- State the number of street sales you would like to do. You can choose to come as many times as you want. CIP hours will be awarded accordingly.
- Interested participants can either volunteer individually or form a group of 3 to 8 members.

- PREFERRED DATE AND TIME*
- SPECIAL REQUEST (IF ANY)
* Please state at least three preferred date and time so as to allow easy allocation =D
